21. The Great Forest Circle (under goblin control)Location: In the centre of the Caledonian Great Forest Lay of the Land: Located in a clearing in the great Forest near a ruined tower Description: A simple ring of stones, no more than a foot high within a clearing. No guardhouse. For a long time, it was believed to be thus :- Lying deep within the Great Forest is the remains of an ancient ritual circle. Known simply as the Forest Circle it exploded particularly violently at the time of trhe cataclysm blasting a massive clearing in the forest. After this it proved to be unstable, and was temporarily shut down. It has not functioned since and the forest is now thought to have reclaimed the land as its own. Subsidiary Circle |
