ThorsaAt the mouth of the River Thorsa lies the city of the same name. Like the port of Skarsferry to the west, it is heavily defended against naval assault, but has little in the way of land based defence. It acts as a major trading route between Caledonia and the isles of Orkneyjar. Small City |

4. Torment Circle (formerly known as Cnoc an Laith-Bhaid)Location: Two leagues West of Vaternish in Sudreyjar, North Western Caledonia Lay of the Land: The area is peat bogs upon which the town of Torment is being built. Clan MacBeth started construction started in 1097 and the building work is now some distance from the circle. Description: A simple ring of
small stones, located in a massive fortified courtyard built around the circle,
